I came here from Boston, and my brother came from Ohio. We absolutely loved the food and the warm, friendly way Aunty communicated with us. She made us feel so welcome! The food was delicious, and the taste was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back again! ❤️

Nandu Ji isn’t just a fast casual Indian restaurant. It feels like walking into someone’s home. Every dish has that comforting, homemade flavor that’s so hard to find, especially when you’re living away from family. I live in Denver and was visiting my girlfriend here in Jersey City when we stopped by. From the moment we walked in, Hetal aunty welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness that it felt like meeting a family member rather than a restaurant owner. It's a go to place for my girlfriend and her roommates. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of authentic homemade flavors. What touched me the most was when Hetal aunty gave me some of her tea masala to take back to Colorado. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and every cup of chai I make there will remind me of this visit and a little piece of home. In a world where great service is becoming rare, genuine care stands out even more. Thank you, Hetal aunty, for your hospitality, your incredible food, and for making us feel so welcome. LOVE this place! The food is insanely authentic and so wholesome. It’s the perfect spot to come to when you’ve had one too many days of random takeout and your body is just screaming for something comforting and satisfying. Seating is limited and the ambience is pretty simple but honestly, once the food hits, none of that matters. We tried their dabeli, samosa pav, golgappa, chai, and every single thing hit. Left as a full, happy soul!

Editing my review. The quality seems to have gone down. I ordered a Punjabi Thali sometime back, and the curries were disappointing. There was only one small piece of paneer, and the rest was all gravy. I had high expectations from the last time I ordered the same Thali.
